Possible Questions and Answers about the Programme

  • What is the procedure to initiate my account?

    The account is created after registering yourself in the KPL website. You will see the access details on the screen and also will receive in your email.
  • How do I start earning points?

    After logging in to the KPL website with your credentials, click on the "Claim a Sale" tab to reach a new page to enter the sales details of that day. 
  • How to enter the invoice content and upload the invoice?

    - In the "Claim a Sale" page, click on the 'Add Product' button, select the item name from the drop down list.
    - In the next box, edit the quantity sold.
    - Click on 'Add Product' button repeatedly to add more items as per the invoice. 
    - Once you match the list of items and quantity in your invoice and on the webpage, its time to upload the invoice.
    - Click on 'Choose File' button and select the invoice file to upload.
  • How long does it take for the points to reflect in my account?

    The Reward Points will be added automatically to your account post verification of the invoices.
  • What is claim verification and who does it?

    The sales entries made in the claims page should match the items in the invoices. Konftel Management and its partners will handle the verification process to approve and reject the claims.
  • Where can I check my total earned reward points?

    Log in to the website. The homepage will display the available points in your account. Click on the Statement option at the bottom which will then take you to the page where you can view your total current reward points. Statements will display total points earned and spent over the period you select.

  • Can I accumulate my reward points?

    Yes, you can accumulate your reward points in order to afford an item of choice worth a higher point value. Reward Points will not expire unless communicated by the program administrators.

    How do I redeem my well-earned reward points for lifestyle merchandise from the online KPL Catalogue?

    • Once logged onto you website account, click on the Catalogue button and you will have access to an enormous selection of magnificent lifestyle products and gift vouchers to choose from.
    • Select the item/s you desire and add them to the shopping cart. Confirm/ fill in your delivery details and then click on the check out button.
    Note: You must provide your correct and complete delivery address with PIN Code and telephone numbers. The program administrators will not be held responsible for rewards getting returned or delayed due to incorrect delivery addresses being provided.
    • Orders placed will be processed in 4 working days.
    • The system will confirm your order and supply you with an order number. Please make a note of your order number as this will be your reference number should you have a query regarding your order.
    • The system will then update your personal reward point statement, to reflect the order and your updated reward point total.
  • Can I start redeeming the points from my first claim onwards?

    Initially, the programme rules will give you eligibility to redeem the points immediately after the system detects that the accumulated points has crossed 5000 mark. Thereafter, the points can be redeemed as per your choice.

  • How do I add to my order?

    You can add any number of items to your shopping cart before you complete your transaction. However, this will not be possible once an order number has been generated.

    Two important things to remember – items remain in your cart as long as you are logged in to the website; and although we offer different sales at the same time, we do not necessarily receive the goods from our suppliers at the same warehouse or at the same time. This is why orders from each sale may be sent separately.

    You can choose multiple items and add it to your cart before you have completed a transaction. New orders cannot be added to the existing purchase if an order number has been generated. However, you can make a new purchase as a fresh order.

  • How can I change a delivery address of an order?

    If you have entered an incorrect address or wish to change the delivery address of your order, you can contact the KPL helpline and they will assist you.

    The address can only be changed if the order has not been dispatched as yet.

  • Will I be charged for Delivery?

    The delivery charge is included in the point price of the product and will not be charged for separately.

  • How do I cancel an order?

    If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you can contact the KPL helpline and they will assist you. The order can only be cancelled if the product has not been dispatched as yet.

  • When will I receive my reward?

    The program administrators aim to deliver all ordered items within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the order. Unfortunately we cannot always guarantee this timeframe as we rely on our suppliers for stock and government Covid guidelines.

    If your reward does not arrive within the 10 day period and you have not been contacted with an alternate arrangement, please contact the program administrators on +91 8970639333 or 9886222260 and quote your order number as a reference.

  • How do I track my delivery?

    If you need to track your order for any reason, you can contact the KPL helpline and they will assist you.

  • What happens if I am not available to receive my parcel?

    If you are not available to receive your parcel, please ask someone to accept it on your behalf. The courier company will return the item if it is not signed for, which will cause a delay in delivering your item.

PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Communication from the Konftel Performers League

  • By registering for the Konftel Perforers League programme you agree to receive SMS and email communication to your registered phone number and email address respectively.
  • You will receive emails from time to time, with special offers and important information regarding the Konftel Performers League Programme.

Online Specials

  • New products are added to the online catalogue regularly.
  • We may also be running great product specials from time to time on the catalogue where certain products will be offered at discounts.
  • Specials usually have limited stock allocated and will therefore be on a first-come-first-served basis.

Possible order problems

We do our best to ensure on time delivery in all instances. However, the following situations may occur:

  • Maintenance: The website and catalogue is scheduled to run regular maintenance updates. In the event that a certain item is affected during the maintenance period, all affected orders will be reversed and the points reimbursed. Unless an alternative arrangement has been made with the Logistics centre at KPL Management, this is non-negotiable.
  • Upgrade: The model number of the item you have selected has changed and the product has been upgraded. You will be contacted and given the option to pay in the extra amount for the upgraded model or reverse your order and re-order something else.
  • Substitute: The item you have selected is out of stock. Our customer care consultant will contact you to discuss approved alternatives available.
  • Delay in Stock/ Temporarily out of stock: If the item you have selected is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified of the delay anticipated. You may choose to wait, select another reward or cancel your order in which case you reward points will be reinstated to your account.
  • Discontinued: The item you have selected is no longer available. You will be notified and your points will be reinstated to your account.

Points value increases

  • The program administrators aim to keep the merchandise prices as competitive as possible, but cannot be held responsible for price increases and will not enter into correspondence or disputes over any changes to points values.

Guarantees, Damages and Exchanges

  • Guarantees: The respective suppliers, manufactures or distributors of the products on the catalogue all supply warranties and guarantees. The program administrators do not issue any guarantees or warranties for products ordered via the catalogue. Please make sure that you complete the guarantee formalities included with your product and forward it to the relevant manufacturer for registration. If the product is faulty within the guarantee period please contact the manufacturer directly.
  • Damages: If on delivery, you find that your merchandise has been damaged, please contact the KPL Help Line immediately. We will inform you of the return procedure.
  • If the merchandise item/s received is not as per the specifications on the catalogue or is incorrect and you wish to return the order then you will be required to send the product back unused and in its original packaging.

General Terms and Conditions

All participants’ resignations and notice periods have to be informed to Konftel Management and the KPL team.

  • What happens to the points upon Resignation of a Participant?
    If a participant who is registered in the Konftel Performers League Program resigns from a company and has valid points in his/her account, the participant is allowed to redeem the points for lifestyle merchandise/vouchers on the catalogue while serving his/her notice period. After which, once the participant is no longer an employee, the participants points will get transferred to the KPL Management.
  • Konftel reserves the right to amend the rules, reward points issued, claim procedures and rewards, at any time during the course of the program.
  • Reward points are non-transferable from one participant to another.
  • Reward-points are non-redeemable / non-exchangeable for cash.
  • If due to some reason the KPL Platform is terminated, you will have 60 days in which to redeem your reward points.
  • The availability of products in the catalogue cannot be guaranteed at all times.
  • All product descriptions in the online catalogue are based on information sent to us by the manufacturers.
  • Installation, service or rental costs are not included in the reward point value.
  • Batteries are not supplied with goods.
  • The administrators reserve the right to take the website offline for a limited time, if necessary, for upgrading or maintenance without prior notice or compensation.
  • Neither the sponsoring company, nor the program administrators will be held liable for damage to electrical equipment caused by power surges nor lightning - such damages are not covered by manufacturer's warranties or guarantees.
  • All product prices are subject to change without prior notification.
  • Acceptance of these rules automatically constitutes an agreement for programme only content contact via SMS or email. If you do not wish to receive programme related information from us, then kindly contact the programme administrators.
  • Special orders will not be processed. Only products available on the catalogue can be claimed. The program administrators do not accept special requests or handle the ordering of any special products that are not available on the catalogue.
